Concern with leaking Air Handler in attic, looking at replacing unit, but want to prevent the same problem from happening again. I have issues with wall / ceiling sagging. May need to replace unit, pan, pipes etc. I will also remove and clean area for mold, insulation etc. My main concern is replacing existing "handler" and compressor. I want a good brand at a good price.
