Home crawl space was recently inspected by our exterminating company. High moisture levels (28%) and some fungus are present, but no wood rot, no pest damage, and no water infiltration was detected. Moisture-saturated insulation is sagging/string down in several places; may need replacing, but exterminator says should be OK when dried out. Has recommended installing a dehumidifier and new vapor barrier. Need a second opinion.
