I need a complete heating and AC system for a modular house we are building near Culpeper/Warrenton, VA. I will have the contractor put in the duct work to circulate the air around the house and he will also install the electrical connections. I want this to be an all-electric system with heat pump for heating and cooling and electric (heating coil) "furnace." This is a three story house with the "furnace" closet in the basement. Total of about 3,000 square feet in house--1,200 on main floor, 1,200 in basement, and 700 in the loft, which is partially open to the living room and dining room below. Connection to the heat pump outside will be up to you. This will be heat pump that gets its heat and cool from the outside air, not from underground or water.
