I need a Handyman who can patch up several sections of the wall and restored back to match the moldings Also, I have 10 to 12 (small to large) areas that needs to be sanded down, patched up from removal of the old baseboards heaters. All moldings in these areas will need to be replaced or removed to blend in. I need an estimate on this.
