I am replacing my heating and cooling system. This is a heat pump. Both outside and inside components. Right now I have a 3.5 ton unit about 11 years old. I am looking for a relatively high-end system. The estimates I have so far are being marked up too much and I am looking for a fair price. The new system must have a 2 stage fan and sufficient heating capacity to keep my house warm (70-72) in winter. The system I have is working but having problems so I am in no rush to replace if that matters
