Ive had a partial root canal with a temporary filling. I noticed the feeling was coming apart so I took it out completely and have been trying to keep the hole clean but now my gum in the middle of my tooth is black. I have no insurance. What do I doconsidering half my tooth is still there and I'm starting to feel a lot of pain.
