looking for a handyman to repair a 12 x 16 room addition that is pulling away from the house. After looking around I know it doesn't have any kind of bracing under the floor so I think I at least need the carpet pulled back and part of the floor cut out and something put under it to brace it up. I also need the gap between the wall and house taped and mud.
