I live in an apartment with a 3rd floor back deck which is about 12 foot by 15 foot Two sides of the deck need vertical wood spindals bars Currently there are only horizontal boards so my dog could jump right of the deckI also have a casementcrank window in my bathroom that wont close all the way

I need a handyman to help me with my home I wanted to get an outside window box repaired and help with a ceiling inside my home I also have other random projects around the house
