Most recent request: I have two heat pumps for upstairs and downstairs. My upstairs heat pump was replaced recently but my downstairs heat pump is not working and I am not sure if it needs to be repaired or replaced. I am willing to do a repair if it is under 400 dollars but I will wait until summer if it needs to be replaced.
