Tear off on house and garage. House is roughly 30 x 30 ft. peaked roof, several vents. Garage is 2 1/2 built by Danly, peaked roof, several vents. Need ice shield underneath.
I need a contractor to come repair my leaking flat roof due to the heavy rains.It is leaking water into the second floor bedroom ceiling. Water also leaking from chimney area down between bathroom and kitchen walls.
